Customer is required to pay a security deposit of $200.00 for new gas service. This deposit is refundable after one year of service with monthly payments made before the penalty date. If customer moves from this address, the final bill will be deducted from the deposit.

You can sign up for AutoPay via the customer portal. This is setting up recurring payments using your credit card or debit card.
You can also sign up for Paperless Billing. You will receive an email notice when your bill is ready to be viewed on the customer portal.
We have IVR phone payments available by dialing (877) 327-1180. We CANNOT accept check payment over the phone or online.
Sign-up for ACH/Bank Draft payments. This is recurring payments being withdrawn from your banking account on a monthly basis. Visit your local city hall or our main office to fill out an application and submit a voided check.
Payments by check can be mailed to PO Box 590, Wickliffe, KY 42087. Please do not mail cash. New Commonwealth Natural Gas is not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

We do not send out disconnect notices. It is stated on the back of each monthly gas bill that service will be disconnected if unpaid 10 days after past due date. Service will be discontinued without further notice. The total bill amount and a reconnect fee of $40.00 must be paid to restore service.
